Problem: Building settled over a half foot, unevenly, due to landfill foundation.
Solution: Designed and built underpinning system and complex interior reframing.
4-story timber and brick residential building, Hoboken, New Jersey
Problem: Building leaning 20 inches to the north.
Solution: Designed and built two steel towers to straighten and stabilize the building.
2-1/2-story commercial building, Morristown, New Jersey
Problem: Front masonry wall leaning 5 inches toward the street.
Solution: Designed and built interior steel frame to restore wall to its original position.
2-story brick residential building, Hoboken, New Jersey
Problem: Need to open ground floor exterior wall without disturbing upper level interior.
Solution: Designed original cantilever solution for temporary wall supports.
2-1/2-story residence, Green Village, New Jersey
Problem: Posts supporting the roof causing the interior frame to deflect.
Solution: Designed and built supplementary attic frame allowing posts to be eliminated.

Problem: First and second floors partially failed and deflected up to 4 inches.
Solution: Design and installed reinforcement of all girders and joists, avoiding probable demolition. Restored floors to near-original levels.
